The document aim to give some guidance to voluntary organization and hospitals (Health department) and community developments to recognize the need for a Safe House Centre for victims of domestic and gender-based violence (GBV) in their area and wish to implement and setup the service or have agree to run the centre.
The project focuses exclusively on design consideration and touches on management and financing of such scheme in so far as they are inextricably linked to the building and service requirements.
